De acuerdo con un nuevo reporte, la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha ordenado la producci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de siete millones de unidades de smartphones Pixel 6, casi duplicando la producci\u00f3n del 2020, que fue de 3.7 millones de smartphones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No solo el Pixel 6 tendr\u00e1 un incremento de volumen. Tambi\u00e9n lo tendr\u00e1 el Pixel 5A, el smartphone econ\u00f3mico de la serie Pixel que aparentemente habr\u00eda tenido el visto bueno por parte de Google para incrementar la producci\u00f3n a m\u00e1s de 5 millones de unidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/asia.nikkei.com\/Business\/Technology\/Google-aims-to-double-smartphone-output-with-new-Pixel-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">reporta <em>Nikkei<\/em><\/a>, Google intenta capitalizar su posici\u00f3n como \u00fanico fabricante norteamericano de smartphones corriendo el sistema operativo Android y aprovechando el vac\u00edo dejado por las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/huawei-caida-ventas-sancion\/\">sanciones<\/a> impuestas a la unidad de moviles de Huawei para incrementar su market share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google estar\u00eda espec\u00edficamente apuntando a competir con Samsung, Xiaomi y Apple, los tres l\u00edderes actuales del mercado, aunque todav\u00eda tiene un largo camino por recorrer &#8211; solo como referencia, Apple proyecta vender <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/apple-problemas-produccion-iphone-13-chips\/\">80 millones de unidades del iPhone 13<\/a> durante el 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Google prepara un Pixelbook corriendo ChromeOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mismo reporte menciona tambi\u00e9n que Google est\u00e1 desarrollando un nuevo Pixelbook corriendo ChromeOS. Si bien no hay detalles sobre este nuevo laptop, el reporte se\u00f1ala el rumor de que Google estar\u00eda tambi\u00e9n desarrollando un propio chip para Chromebooks, un rumor en l\u00ednea con el procesador Tensor tambi\u00e9n desarrollado por Google para el Pixel 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Pixel Watch est\u00e1 previsto para el comienzo del 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, el <strong>Pixel Watch<\/strong>, el smartwatch que Google lanzar\u00eda para potenciar el relanzamiento de Wear OS, no ser\u00e1 presentado en el evento de hoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con <em>Jon Prosser<\/em>, quien filtr\u00f3 los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/google-pixel-6-pixel-6-pro-caracteristicas-detalladas\/\">primeros reportes<\/a> del Google Pixel, el Pixel Watch est\u00e1 en carpeta, pero no ser\u00e1 anunciado hasta en alg\u00fan momento del primer trimestre del 2021.
