La comisi\u00f3n investigar\u00e1 si Apple viol\u00f3 las reglas de competencia dentro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea con sus pol\u00edticas del App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apple ya hab\u00eda sido investigado por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea el pasado a\u00f1o por sus pr\u00e1cticas con el App Store y con Apple Pay, pero estos cargos solo estar\u00edan relacionados con el primer caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras tanto, las quejas se han ido acumulando por el llamado &#8220;Impuesto Apple&#8221;, el recorte del 30 por ciento a las suscripciones realizadas a trav\u00e9s de su App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las compa\u00f1\u00edas que han alzado su voz contra esta pr\u00e1ctica se encuentran Spotify (que acaba de aumentar sus precios sin mucho problema), y Netflix entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, existen demandas por las pr\u00e1cticas de Apple que favorecer\u00edan a sus propios servicios de suscripci\u00f3n instalando preocupaciones por monopolio en autoridades alrededor del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/epic-games-actualizacion-fortnite-apple\/\">Epic Games<\/a> tambi\u00e9n fue una de las empresas que denunci\u00f3 a Apple ante la UE este a\u00f1o como parte de su disputa con la compa\u00f1\u00eda cuando quiso saltear el pago del 30 por ciento con su popular juego Fortnite y Apple elimin\u00f3 por completo el juego de su App Store, un litigio que a\u00fan est\u00e1 en proceso en los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apple ha tomado medidas para reducir la presi\u00f3n de los reguladores <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/apple-cobrara-menos-comisiones-app-store\/\">recortando las comisiones<\/a> a un 15 por ciento para aquellos desarrolladores que ganen menos de 1 mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares por a\u00f1o entre otras medidas, pero que no han sido suficientes para disuadir a la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre sus acciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apple deber\u00e1 enfrentar una acusaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre monopolio por sus pr\u00e1cticas con el App Store.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":82160,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"rop_custom_images_group":[],"rop_custom_messages_group":[],"rop_publish_now":"initial","rop_publish_now_accounts":[],"rop_publish_now_history":[],"rop_publish_now_status":"pending","footnotes":""},"categories":[4125],"tags":[6944,983,907,466],"class_list":["post-90941","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-apple","tag-antimonopolio","tag-app-stores","tag-demandas","tag-europa"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
