Pas\u00f3 con las pantallas de los Samsung Galaxy S20<\/a> y antes de ellos con las de los Samsung Galaxy Note 9<\/a>, tambi\u00e9n. Es un problema que viene acusando a las \u00faltimas generaciones de pantallas AMOLED fabricadas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda surcoreana y, una vez m\u00e1s, vuelve a aparecer: el Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra<\/a><\/strong> tiene problemas con su display al utilizar brillo bajo: el tinte verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En lugar de verse profundamente negros, con una tonalidad bien definida, los colores negros o m\u00e1s opacos en general que se exhiben en las pantallas de algunos Galaxy Note20 Ultra aparecen con tonos verdosos o gris\u00e1ceos. Y este problema no solo parece haber aparecido en el m\u00e1s potente y nuevo de los flagships<\/em> de Samsung<\/a><\/strong>, sino que afecta tambi\u00e9n a las Galaxy Tab S7<\/strong><\/a> y S7+<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Vuelven las pantallas con tinte verde a los smartphones premium de Samsung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En los pasados d\u00edas cada vez m\u00e1s usuarios con un Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra, una Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 y\/o una Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ parecen estar de acuerdo en que un problema se manifiesta con preocupante asiduidad: la aparici\u00f3n de un tinte verdoso en sus pantallas. Y esto no afecta solo a los paneles AMOLED, pues la Galaxy Tab S7 tiene un display LCD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El factor com\u00fan que parecen compartir los tres equipos es el procesador Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ pues los Galaxy Note20 Ultra con chip Exynos 990 parecen estar quedando fuera de la pol\u00e9mica esta vez<\/a>. Este procesador, entre otras cosas, es el que hace posible una tasa de refresco de 120Hz y all\u00ed es donde parece manifestarse el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al exhibir colores muy oscuros con bajo brillo y la m\u00e1s alta tasa de refresco activada en los displays de estos equipos, los Galaxy Note20 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S7 y Galaxy Tab S7+ parecen tener problemas para mantenerse fiel a la paleta oscura de colores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claro que al no haberse admitido p\u00fablicamente la falla no podemos conocer todav\u00eda las causas t\u00e9cnicas y exactas del problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero el hecho es que el Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra tiene problemas con su display, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n lo tienen las dos nuevas tablets premium de la misma compa\u00f1\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afortunadamente, si las causas son las mismas en que anteriores ediciones de dispositivos de Samsung de esta jerarqu\u00eda entonces el problema podr\u00e1 solucionarse con una actualizaci\u00f3n. Lo que resta es saber cu\u00e1ndo llegar\u00e1 tal parche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta entonces, los usuarios pueden devolver sus Galaxy Note20 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S7 y Galaxy Tab S7+ en centrales de Samsung y tiendas oficiales para exigir un cambio de equipo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
