Luego del pol\u00e9mico caso de la usuaria inglesa que descubri\u00f3 que un protector de pantalla de gel fabricado por terceros afect\u00f3 gravemente la seguridad del lector de huellas dactilares intra-display de su Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung admite problemas con los lectores de huellas dactilares de varios otros flaghships<\/em> lanzados en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B\u00e1sicamente, el Samsung Galaxy S10<\/a><\/strong>, el Samsung Galaxy S10+<\/a><\/strong>, Samsung Galaxy S10 5G<\/a><\/strong>, el Samsung Galaxy Note 10<\/a><\/strong> y el Samsung Galaxy Note 10+<\/a><\/strong> todos fueron se\u00f1alados por Samsung <\/a><\/strong>como potencialmente vulnerables por este tipo de protectores de pantalla. Al mismo tiempo, declaran oficialmente ya esta buscando la soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Los Samsung Galaxy S10 y Galaxy Note 10 estar\u00edan comprometidos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Para todos esos smartphones Samsung ha reunido algunas recomendaciones hasta que llegue la nueva actualizaci\u00f3n que pueda solucionar este inconveniente de forma definitiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo primero es se\u00f1alar que ser\u00edan los protectores los que estar\u00edan afectando directamente el funcionamiento del lector de huellas dactilares ultras\u00f3nico alojado tras la pantalla y que no se trata de un error de software. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

B\u00e1sicamente, el lector lee los patrones a trav\u00e9s del protector de gel y al identificar dise\u00f1os similares a los de nuestras huellas, los reconoce como v\u00e1lidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por eso, el primero de los consejos es intentar evitar usar este protector hasta que llegue la debida actualizaci\u00f3n. Pero, en caso de que no podamos, Samsung nos aconseja borrar todas las huellas dactilares registradas en nuestros Samsung Galaxy S10\/S10+\/S10 5G y nuestros Samsung Galaxy Note 10\/Note 10+ y luego volverlas a registrar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
