{"id":77188,"date":"2019-07-23T12:13:45","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T15:13:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/?p=77188"},"modified":"2019-07-23T12:14:25","modified_gmt":"2019-07-23T15:14:25","slug":"apple-modems-intel-compra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/apple-modems-intel-compra\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple podr\u00eda comprar el negocio de m\u00f3dems 5G a Intel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/apple\">Apple<\/a><\/strong> estar\u00eda a punto de cerrar la compra de la unidad de negocios de m\u00f3dems 5G de Intel por al menos 1000 millones de d\u00f3lares, y el acuerdo final entre ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas podr\u00eda ser anunciado tan pronto como la semana entrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con un reporte del <em>WSJ<\/em>, Apple estar\u00eda por comprar la unidad de negocios de desarrollo y fabricaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dems que Intel anunci\u00f3 el pasado abril dejar\u00eda de lado, luego de que la compa\u00f1\u00eda de Cupertino alcanzara un acuerdo con Qualcomm para continuar utilizando sus m\u00f3dems 5G en el iPhone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intel fue muy espec\u00edfico cuando anunci\u00f3 que no continuar\u00eda con esta unidad de negocios asegurando que abandonar el negocio de los m\u00f3dems 5G fue directamente consecuencia del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/apple-acuerdo-qualcomm-modems-5g\/\">acuerdo entre Qualcomm y Apple<\/a>, ya que sin Apple como cliente principal, la unidad de negocio de m\u00f3dems ser\u00eda inviable para el fabricante de procesadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe recordar que Apple ha mantenido con Qualcomm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/apple-demanda-a-qualcomm-por-mil-millones-de-dolares\/\">a\u00f1os de disputas legales<\/a> pero se vio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/apple-acuerdo-qualcomm-modems-5g\/\">forzado a llegar a un acuerdo<\/a> luego de que Intel no se comprometiera a proveer los m\u00f3dems a tiempo para el lanzamiento de un iphone prepararado para la tecnolog\u00eda 5G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previo al acuerdo entre Qualcomm y Apple, Intel era el \u00fanico proveedor de m\u00f3dems para el iPhone del 2018 y a su vez, Apple era el \u00fanico cliente de Intel en el negocio de m\u00f3dems, ya que el resto de la industria de smartphones Android utiliza los m\u00f3dems de Qualcomm o soluciones desarrolladas puertas adentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La compra de la unidad de negocio de m\u00f3dems de Intel por parte de Apple por 1000 millones de d\u00f3lares incluir\u00eda patentes e ingenieros dedicados que ya tienen tiempo y experiencia en el desarrollo de m\u00f3dems para el iPhone y Apple estar\u00eda cerrando un c\u00edrculo perfecto con el desarrollo propio de los componentes m\u00e1s importantes del iPhone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De esta manera, Apple acelerar\u00e1 el desarrollo propio de m\u00f3dems que se sumar\u00e1n a sus procesadores serie A desarrollados por su propio equipo para en el futuro cercano no depender de Qualcomm, una compa\u00f1\u00eda que provee de procesadores a pr\u00e1cticamente todos los smartphones Android del mercado, ni de ninguna tercer compa\u00f1\u00eda para el caso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apple estar\u00eda a punto de comprar la unidad de negocios de m\u00f3dems de Intel por unos 1000 millones de d\u00f3lares de acuerdo con un nuevo reporte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":71789,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"rop_custom_images_group":[],"rop_custom_messages_group":[],"rop_publish_now":"initial","rop_publish_now_accounts":[],"rop_publish_now_history":[],"rop_publish_now_status":"pending","footnotes":""},"categories":[4125],"tags":[3925,42,217],"class_list":["post-77188","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-apple","tag-5g","tag-apple","tag-intel"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
