Esta prohibici\u00f3n se hace cumplir a rajatabla y eso es algo que ZTE posiblemente nunca vaya a olvidar en los a\u00f1os venideros. Tras haber ignorado no una, sino dos veces el llamado de atenci\u00f3n del Departamento de Comercio, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/zte\"><strong>ZTE<\/strong><\/a> tuvo que pagar una multa de aproximadamente US$900 millones tras su primera violaci\u00f3n de esta prohibici\u00f3n y estuvo a punto de prohib\u00edrsele comerciar sus productos en todo el mundo, pero afortunadamente para ZTE, solo tendr\u00e1n que pagar otra multa. ZTE podr\u00e1 volver a comerciar productos con componentes estadounidenses tras pagar una multa de US$400 millones al Departamento de Comercio de los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00famero est\u00e1 muy lejos de ser poco dinero, pero es un precio m\u00ednimo a pagar en comparaci\u00f3n con la idea de dejar de trabajar en lo absoluto y ver sus sue\u00f1os hecho a\u00f1icos tras ignorar previos llamamientos al acate de la justicia del pa\u00eds del T\u00edo Sam.\u00a0ZTE podr\u00e1 volver a comerciar productos con componentes estadounidenses y, a continuaci\u00f3n, detallamos la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Our statement on <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/hashtag\/ZTE?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#ZTE<\/a> and the escrow agreement: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/w0Bbej1mAU\">pic.twitter.com\/w0Bbej1mAU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; U.S. Department of Commerce (@CommerceGov) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CommerceGov\/status\/1017110327887003648?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 11, 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>El Departamento de Comercio de los Estados Unidos public\u00f3 en su cuenta de Twitter oficial que llegaron a un acuerdo con ZTE: la compa\u00f1\u00eda china accedi\u00f3 a cambiar toda su junta departamental, todos sus ejectuvos y a depositar US$400 millones en un fideicomiso a nombre de esta oficina para acabar con la prohibici\u00f3n de comercial productos con componentes norteamericanos.<\/p>\n<p>ZTE podr\u00e1 volver a comerciar productos con componentes estadounidenses y ahora s\u00ed parece que estamos cerca de ver el lanzamiento de nuevos tel\u00e9fonos de ZTE y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/zte\">Nubia<\/a>, su segunda marca.
