En particular, el problema consist\u00eda en que cuando este\u00a0<em>flagship<\/em> descargaba su bater\u00eda por completo, la misma superaba ampliamente el per\u00edodo de recuperaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y, finalmente, acababa por no restablecerse nunca. Es decir, quienes descargasen por completo su Samsung Galaxy Note 8, a menudo acababan no pudiendo volver a encenderlo nunca m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Este problema que\u00a0<em>a priori<\/em> parec\u00eda solo manifestarse en el \u00faltimo\u00a0<em>flagship<\/em> de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/samsung\"><strong>Samsung<\/strong><\/a>, result\u00f3 no ser un fen\u00f3meno aislado, sino afectar tambi\u00e9n a las bater\u00edas del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/moviles\/samsung-galaxy-s8\">Samsung Galaxy S8<\/a><\/strong>, del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/moviles\/samsung-galaxy-s8-plus\"><strong>Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus<\/strong><\/a> e incluso tambi\u00e9n a la de la tablet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/moviles\/samsung-galaxy-tab-s3-97\"><strong>Samsung Galaxy Tab S3<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aunque los problemas de Samsung y sus bater\u00edas no son un t\u00f3pico raro en lo absoluto, parec\u00eda ser que Samsung estaba evitando dar declaraciones oficiales al respecto de las bater\u00edas defectuosas de sus Samsung Galaxy Note 8, pues los casos eran de una cuant\u00eda poco relevante como para considerar un problema de f\u00e1brica y no un inconveniente relativo a los m\u00e9todos de cargado de las unidades afectadas. Sin embargo, al incrementarse los reportes y aparecer menciones de otros dispositivos implicados, Samsung decidi\u00f3 hacer expresa su opini\u00f3n en un comunicado oficial.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung declar\u00f3: &#8220;Claro, Samsung est\u00e1 tom\u00e1ndose en serio todos los reportes sobre este asunto con seriedad. Solo recibimos una muy peque\u00f1a suma de consultas de usuarios que pueden derivarse al sector de mantenimiento de cargado de bater\u00edas, y desafortunadamente solo podemos comentar m\u00e1s sobre este asunto si tenemos m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n detallada acerca de los dispositivos afetados. Si tienen alguna pregunta sobre sus dispositivos, por favor comun\u00edquense con el servicio al consumidor de Samsung&#8230;&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En otras palabras, Samsung a\u00fan no considera contar con la evidencia necesaria para admitir un defecto de f\u00e1brica ni mucho menos cuenta con la informaci\u00f3n para comprender de qu\u00e9 se trate este inconveniente y si responde a una misma causalidad.
