Pero todo pareciera ser que la novela tiene un nuevo cap\u00edtulo y, esta vez, de nuevo habr\u00e1 consecuencias econ\u00f3micas y de prestigio.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>Wall Street Journal<\/em> ha revelado que la causa por sobornos, malversaci\u00f3n de fondos y da\u00f1os y perjuicios que se llevaba adelante contra el vicepresidente de Samsung, Lee Jae-yong, estar\u00eda avanzando peligrosamente en perjuicio de Samsung. Lee Jae-yong, hijo del presidente de la compa\u00f1\u00eda,\u00a0podr\u00eda estar siendo arrestado en estos d\u00edas, pues la orden ya fue solicitada y espera aprobaci\u00f3n en la corte coreana, y posiblemente se concrete este mi\u00e9rcoles 18 de enero. De cumplirse, las implicancias de acefal\u00eda para Samsung ser\u00edan devastadoras: a pocas semanas del lanzamiento de muchos nuevos smartphones (los de m\u00e1s baja y m\u00e1s alta gama, puntualmente), la coordinaci\u00f3n empresarial podr\u00eda verse severamente afectada.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Recordemos que Lee Jae-yong\u00a0es el actual l\u00edder de la empresa por estar cubriendo a su padre por una enfermedad que lo tiene a maltraer. A la luz de esta realidad, \u00e9l estar\u00eda siendo el principal responsable por las acusaciones contra Samsung de haber solicitado fusiones empresariales con afiliados y su posterior aprobaci\u00f3n ileg\u00edtima de traspasos de liderazgo. La acusaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda extenderse para incluir al presidente de Corea, Park Gyun-hye. En particular en lo referente a los sobornos para las operaciones de absorci\u00f3n empresarial ileg\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<p>Los sobornos habr\u00edan constado de un total aproximado de 36 millones de d\u00f3lares y podr\u00eda costarles a\u00fan mucho m\u00e1s.
