El nuevo m\u00f3dulo de 8GB opera a 4266 Mbps, el doble de r\u00e1pido comparado con la memoria DRAM DDR4 de PCs, y permite transporte de datos a 34GB\/s en un bus de memoria de 64 bits.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al utilizar el proceso de 10nm, la nueva memoria duplica la capacidad del m\u00f3dulo de DRAM de 4GB anterior, consumiendo la misma cantidad de energ\u00eda y solo tiene 1mm de altura, permitiendo ser apilado con otros componentes como la memoria UFS o el procesador para optimizar el espacio utilizado.<\/p>\n<p>Es posible que este m\u00f3dulo de 8GB de RAM comience a llegar en smartphones a partir de los primeros meses del 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un futuro cercano, los smartphones podr\u00e1n tener hasta 8GB de RAM, gracias al m\u00f3dulo de 8GB de RAM LPDDR4 anunciado hoy por Samsung.
