{"id":40539,"date":"2014-04-25T09:46:14","date_gmt":"2014-04-25T12:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/?p=40539"},"modified":"2014-04-25T09:09:17","modified_gmt":"2014-04-25T12:09:17","slug":"nokia-microsoft-mobile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/nokia-microsoft-mobile\/","title":{"rendered":"Microsoft completa la compra de Nokia: nace Microsoft Mobile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/SatyaNadellaandStephenElop_Web.jpg\" alt=\"Microsoft Nokia fusion\" width=\"620\" height=\"413\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como ya se <a title=\"Nokia completar\u00e1 la venta a Microsoft el 25 de Abril\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/blog\/nokia-completara-la-venta-a-microsoft-el-25-de-abril\/\">hab\u00eda adelantado esta semana<\/a>, la unidad de negocios de dispositivos y servicios de <a title=\"celulares Nokia\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/nokia\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Nokia<\/strong><\/a> ha sido comprada por Microsoft, cerrando la operaci\u00f3n en el d\u00eda de hoy, luego de un proceso que comenz\u00f3 el pasado Septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de Nokia ha sido un aliado por mucho tiempo cuando decidi\u00f3 volcarse unilateralmente a Windows Phone, la compa\u00f1\u00eda no logr\u00f3 revertir su situaci\u00f3n, derivando finalmente en la venta.
