El smartphone BlackBerry Tour<\/a><\/b> posee un peque\u00f1o defecto de f\u00e1brica que hace que su trackball tenga que ser limpiado frecuentemente para mantener su normal funcionamiento. Aparentemente muchos de los usuarios norteamericanos que no desean hacer esto – o no saben c\u00f3mo – empezaron a devolver sus BlackBerry Tour<\/b> a Verizon y Sprint en hasta un 50% de los casos.
