Seg\u00fan coment\u00f3 un vocero del fabricante finland\u00e9s a <i>The Inquirer<\/i>, <b>Google y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/asus\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"celulares Asus\">Asus<\/a> podr\u00edan estar infringiendo algunas de las patentes sobre Wi-Fi de Nokia con el tablet Nexus 7<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Nokia<\/b> asegura que &#8220;tanto Google como Asus no est\u00e1n licenciados bajo nuestro portafolio de patentes&#8221;, aunque asegur\u00f3 que las &#8220;compa\u00f1\u00edas que a\u00fan no tienen licencia de nuestras patentes standards esenciales simplemente deber\u00edan ponerse en contacto con nosotros y pedir una licencia&#8221;, con lo que Nokia adoptar\u00eda una posici\u00f3n muy dispar a la de Apple y preferir\u00eda tomar el dinero por el uso de esas patentes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Por ahora, ni Asus ni Google han respondido estas declaraciones.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theinquirer.net\/inquirer\/news\/2188489\/googles-nexus-tablet-infringes-nokia-patents?WT.rss_f=Home&amp;WT.rss_a=Google%27s+Nexus+7+tablet+infringes+Nokia+patents\" target=\"_blank\">The Inquirer<\/a> via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bgr.com\/2012\/07\/02\/nokia-google-nexus-7-patent-infringement\/\" target=\"_blank\">BGR<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una nueva demanda por patentes podr\u00eda presentarse en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, esta vez por parte de Nokia contra Google.
