Esta falla fue confirmada por RIM, fabricante de los smartphones <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/blackberry\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Smartphones BlackBerry\">BlackBerry<\/a><\/b> asegurando que &#8220;un n\u00famero limitado de clientes han reportado el problema de que sus dispositivos no encienden&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Un vocero de RIM asegur\u00f3 que la compa\u00f1\u00eda esta &#8220;trabajando activamente en una actualizaci\u00f3n de software para resolver el problema&#8221;.
