En el segundo trimestre, RIM vendi\u00f3 10.6 millones de <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/fabricantes\/blackberry\" title=\"Smartphones BlackBerry\" target=\"_blank\">smartphones BlackBerry<\/a><\/b>, descendiendo desde los 14 millones vendidos en el trimestre anterior. Tambi\u00e9n el <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-gsm.com\/moviles\/blackberry-playbook\" title=\"Caracteristicas BlackBerry PlayBook\" target=\"_blank\">BlackBerry PlayBook<\/a><\/b> no tuvo los resultados esperados, con menos de la mitad de ventas con respecto al trimestre anterior, unas 200.000 unidades.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a ganancias, Research In Motion gener\u00f3 4200 millones de d\u00f3lares, 15 por ciento menos que Q1 y 10 por ciento menos que hace un a\u00f1o atr\u00e1s. &#8220;Hemos lanzado una gama de smartphones BlackBerry 7 en todo el mundo en la \u00faltima parte del segundo trimestre y estamos viendo buenas ventas e inter\u00e9s del consumidor por estos nuevos productos.
