Dolby asegura que RIM ha estado usando su tecnolog\u00eda sin permiso, al contrario de otros fabricantes de dispositivos que poseen acuerdos de licencia con el laboratorio.<\/p>\n<p>Dolby asegur\u00f3 que inicia la demanda luego de infructuosos intentos de que RIM comparezca ante las patentes.
