Dell Aero llega a AT&T por 99 dólares
<p><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Dell-Aero1.jpg"><img src="https://www.smart-gsm.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Dell-Aero-tm.jpg" width="195" height="100" alt="Dell Aero Android AT&T" /></a> <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/dell" title="Celulares DELL" target="_blank">Dell</a></b> presentó su segundo smartphone Android para AT&T, el <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/dell-aero" title="Dell Aero" target="_blank">Dell Aero</a></b>. El <b>Aero</b> - por el contrario del <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/dell-streak" title="caracteristicas Dell Streak">Dell Streak</a></b> - apunta a ser un celular particularmente liviano y rápido gracias a sus 104 gramos de peso.</p> <p>Las especificaciones del <b>Dell Aero</b> incluyen una pantalla de 3.5 pulgadas a 640 x 360 pixels multitouch capacitiva, soporte cuatribanda GPS/EDGE, soporte tribanda HSPDA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cámara de 5 megapixels con flash y tecla dedicada, 2 GB de memoria interna, expandible a través de memoria microSD de hasta 32 GB con ranura accesible, navegador HTML con soporte para Adobe Flash Lite, GPS con A-GPS y cliente de email.</p>
Dell Blaze: otro Android de Dell filtrado

La semana pasada vimos el <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/blog/dell-thunder-aparece-nuevamente" target="_blank">Dell Thunder</a></b>, un smartphone Android de pantalla de 4.1 pulgadas que pretende competir con los gama alta del segmento y hoy nos llega un nuevo smartphone Dell, llamado <b>Dell Blaze</b>.</p> <p>El <b>Dell Blaze</b> es pequeño que el Thunder, similar al <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/dell-aero" title="Dell Aero" target="_blank">Dell Aero</a></b>. Corre Android 1.5 y probablemente sea uno de los ofrecimientos mas baratos por parte de Dell.</p>
Dell Thunder aparece nuevamente

En estas imágenes podemos ver claramente su pantalla de 4.1 pulgadas AMOLED y Android 2.1 corriendo con una interfaz de usuario propietaria de <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/dell" title="Celulares DELL">Dell</a></b> .</p> <p>Mientras tanto, seguimos esperando mas información del <b>Dell Thunder</b>. Hay que tener en cuenta que si estas filtraciones de Dell se asemejan a las del <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/dell-streak" title="caracteristicas Dell Streak">Dell Streak</a></b> o <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/dell-mini-3i" title="Dell Mini 3i">Dell Mini 5</a></b>, aún falta bastante para poder ver este smartphone en las calles.</p>
Dell Thunder con Android aparece en video

Habiendo lanzado los extremos <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/dell-mini-3i" title="Dell Mini 3i">Dell Mini 3i</a></b>, un smartphone bastante básico y <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/dell-streak" title="caracteristicas Dell Streak">Dell Streak</a></b>, un dispositivo que le escapa a la definición smartphone con su pantalla de 5 pulgadas, parece que esta vez encontrará el equilibrio con un nuevo smartphone Android llamado <b>Dell Thunder</b>.</p> <p>El prototipo del <b>Dell Thunder</b> posee una cámara de 8 megapixels con flash LED y corre Android 2.1, aunque probablemente al momento de su lanzamiento ya posea Android 2.2 Froyo y una interfaz de usuario propietaria. Además posee una pantalla de 4.1 pulgadas de 800 x 480 pixels fabricada de alguna variación de OLED y batería removible de 1400 mAh.</p>
Dell muestra el Dell Streak con Android 2.1

Esta cruza de smartphone y tablet, con una pantalla de 5 pulgadas, saldrá al mercado sorprendentemente con Android 1.6 y la pregunta obvia es si recibirá la actualización a Android 2.2 Froyo. <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/dell" title="Celulares DELL">Dell</a></b> confirmó que esto sucederá, aunque no especificó fechas precisas. Lo que hizo fue mostrar al <b>Dell Streak</b> corriendo Android 2.1 Eclair con una interfaz de usuario personalizada.</p> <p>Probablemente el retraso para actualizar a Froyo se deba precisamente a esta interfaz de usuario, y otros fabricantes como <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/htc" title="celulares HTC">HTC</a></b>, <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/samsung" title="Celulares Samsung">Samsung</a></b> y <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/motorola" title="Caracteristicas celulares Motorola">Motorola</a></b> enfrentan los mismos dilemas a la hora de lanzar sus actualizaciones para sus smartphones Android.</p>
Microsoft confirma socios para el Windows Phone 7
<p><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/wp7-socios1.jpg"><img src="https://www.smart-gsm.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/wp7-socios-tm.jpg" width="142" height="100" alt="fabricantes del Windows Phone 7" /></a><b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/microsoft" title="Celulares Microsoft">Microsoft</a></b> confirmó los fabricantes de <a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/moviles/" title="celulares">celulares</a> para el lanzamiento de nuevos celulares con el sistema operativo <b>Windows Phone 7</b>. <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/dell" title="Celulares DELL">Dell</a></b>, <a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/asus" title="celulares Asus"><b>Asus</b></a>, <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/htc" title="celulares HTC">HTC</a></b>, <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/lg" title="Celulares LG">LG</a></b> y <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/samsung" title="Celulares Samsung">Samsung</a></b> son los elegidos, con la incorporación a último momento de Dell y HTC. Todos estos fabricantes tendrán celulares WP7 en el mercado para fines de año, supuestamente unos días despues de que el sistema operativo sea presentado oficialmente - aún sin fecha cierta.</p> <p>Aparentemente el <b>Windows Phone 7 OS</b> parece ser una promesa bastante grata, a pesar del retraso considerable de su lanzamiento. Por los nombres de los fabricantes de celulares involucrados, no cabe duda que veremos smartphones muy atractivos y tendientes a establecer nuevos mínimos de funcionalidades en el mercado.</p>
Dell Streak costará u$s 500 desbloqueado en USA

Este dispositivo, que está a mitad de camino entre un smartphone y un tablet gracias a su pantalla de 5 pulgadas, cámara de 5 megapixels con flash dual LED, Wi-Fi, GPS y procesador de 1GHz, llega con Android 1.6, algo que será decepcionante para los fanáticos de Android. Sin embargo <strong>Dell</strong> ya anunciò que el <strong>Dell Streak</strong> tendrá su actualización a Android 2.2 Froyo.</p>

El <b>Dell Streak</b> está a mitad de camino entre un smartphone y un tablet, gracias a su pantalla touchscreen de 5 pulgadas y será comercializado exlusivamente por O2 (que es <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/operadoras/movistar-espana" title="Movistar España">Movistar</a></b>, con lo cual probablemente llegue a España) a partir de Junio, tal como anticipamos anteriormente.</p> <p>El <b>Dell Streak</b> corre el sistema operativo <b>Android 1.6</b>, aunque <b>Dell</b>, antes de que las quejas de los early adopters se escuchen - se apresuró a comentar que pronto lanzará una actualización a <b>Android 2.2 Froyo</b>.</p>
Dell Streak estará disponible via O2 Telefónica en Junio

Michael Dell, CEO de Dell, confirmó que el <b>Dell Streak</b> estará a la venta el mes que viene - Junio - en Europa gracias al acuerdo firmado con O2 Telefónica, para llegar a USA un tiempo después por AT&T.</p> <p>Y atención con el dato: <b>Dell</b> se refirió a O2 Telefónica, dando a entender que <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/operadoras/movistar-espana" title="Movistar España">Movistar</a></b> también podría ser parte del acuerdo y <b>Dell Streak</b> llegue a España y/o otros países con presencia de <b>Movistar</b>.</p>
Palm busca comprador

Supuestamente, entre los interesados se cuentan a <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/htc" title="celulares HTC">HTC</a></b> - que podría absorber una buena porción de mercado a un costo relativamente bajo como para terminar de afianzar su crecimiento - o <b>Lenovo</b> - que pretende hace un tiempo ingresar de lleno en el segmento smartphones, aunque hasta ahora lo ha hecho lentamente - con <b><a href="https://www.smart-gsm.com/fabricantes/dell" title="Celulares DELL">Dell</a></b> desestimando ofrecer un precio por <b>Palm</b>.</p>
Dell Aero llega a AT&T en USA
